Touch does not access or store your contact list or other data from your mobile device without your explicit permission.
4.2 Authentication Information
Touch uses phone-based authentication and verification codes to allow secure login.
The Service does not use traditional passwords. Access is granted through verification codes sent to the phone number provided during registration.
We may process authentication logs, verification attempts, device information, and security-related data to protect your account and prevent unauthorized access.
4.3 User-Generated Content
The Service allows Users to create, upload, publish, and share content, including:
- photos;
- videos;
- text posts;
- comments;
- profile information;
- other forms of media, content, or information.
Depending on the feature used and your privacy settings, such content may be visible to:
- the public;

4.4 Public and Shared Content
Certain information you provide may be visible to other users or the public, depending on the feature used and your privacy settings. This may include your username, profile photo, profile description, public posts, comments, stories, creator page, subscriber-only content, and interactions with other users.
Even if you later delete content or change privacy settings, copies of your content may remain visible if other users have saved, copied, shared, screenshotted, or otherwise reproduced it outside the Service.

4.6 Payment, Subscription, Donation, Internal Balance, and Withdrawal Information
Touch allows users to support creators through paid subscriptions, voluntary donations, and other creator monetization features.
Payments on Touch may be made using supported payment methods, including cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, QR payments, and other local payment methods, depending on availability in the user’s country or region. Payment processing is provided by third-party payment infrastructure providers, including Xendit.
When a user supports another user through a donation, paid subscription, or similar creator support feature, Touch may record the corresponding amount, after applicable fees, commissions, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, or adjustments, as an internal balance associated with the recipient user’s Touch account.
This internal balance is created automatically as part of the user’s Touch account. Users do not need to open a separate wallet or financial account in order to receive an internal balance.
Amounts corresponding to creator earnings may be held through Touch’s account or payment infrastructure with Xendit or other third-party payment providers until the user requests a withdrawal or until the amount is otherwise paid out, reversed, refunded, adjusted, or withheld in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
Eligible users may request withdrawals of their available balance by selecting a supported bank account, e-wallet, or other payout method made available through Xendit or another payment provider.
To process payments, subscriptions, donations, internal balances, and withdrawals, we and/or our payment service providers may collect and process information such as:
- transaction identifiers;
- payment method type;
- payment status;
- subscription status;
- donation or payment amount;
- payment timestamp;
- creator and supporter account identifiers;
- internal balance records;

- selected bank, e-wallet, or payout method;
- recipient name and payout account details;
- payout status;
- refund, chargeback, dispute, fee, tax, and adjustment records;
- identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance, or KYC information where required.
Creator identity verification, KYC, payout processing, and certain compliance checks may be handled by Xendit or other third-party providers. These providers may collect and process personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies, terms, and legal obligations.
Touch does not store complete payment card numbers and does not directly provide banking, deposit-taking, lending, stored value, e-money, or money transmission services. Touch provides platform functionality that enables users to support creators and enables eligible creators to receive payouts through third-party payment infrastructure.
